As a Welding Supervisor, you will oversee all welding operations and provide both supervisory and technical guidance to our team of welders. Your responsibilities will include developing welding procedures, identifying testing requirements, ensuring compliance with procedures, completion of quality documentation, and maintaining continuity logs. You will also conduct on-the-job training and keep records of certifications to ensure they are up to date.

What we’ll be looking for in you:

• Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) Trade (Boilermaking/Welding)
• 5+ years of experience in piping and structural steel assembly and welding supervision
• AS1796 Certificate 10-Welding Supervisor
• In-depth understanding of welding processes and NDT techniques, codes, and procedures
• Strong knowledge of API, ASME, and industry-specific welding standards
• Familiarity with current Australian and International Standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
