I am responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts and administrative operations within Sharpe® to enhance the financial monitoring, accountability, and growth of the business. This involves maintaining the financial records of the company, including bank accounts, cash balances, management of company insurances and monthly reporting to fulfil the financial and regulatory compliance of the company.✨What’s the best/most interesting part of your role?✨
I need to be analytical about the financial information. Attention to detail and precision are very important key factors in my role too.✨Best career lesson so far?✨
Sharpe® gave me the opportunity to stay and live in Australia. Also, I am grateful to give my best everyday and apply the knowledge I have gained toward the company’s Quality culture.✨What do you enjoy most about working at Sharpe®?✨
My time at Sharpe® has allowed me to figure out that finance is not just numbers, it's about people too. Sharpe® is my second family, I feel very happy to come to work every day and share time with my colleagues who are my friends too.✨When you are not at work, what are you most likely doing?✨
I love to spend time with my husband and my two kids (Alana and Matias). We love to spend time with our Colombian community here in Brisbane which gives our kids the opportunity to practice their Spanish language.
