The success of Sharpe® today is attributed to a history of entrepreneurial family stewardship, the commitment and dedication of our employees, and our loyal client base.

Sustained growth and continual investment over three decades has seen Sharpe® expand from a small workshop in regional Queensland to today supporting over 120 employees across our manufacturing and distribution sites in Brisbane and Roma.

By 2022, Sharpe® continued to diversify expanding into distribution of well control equipment, cementing their position as one of Australia’s largest suppliers to the Oil and Gas Industry.

2025 marks an incredible milestone as Sharpe® celebrates 30 years in business.

Roma
HEAD OFFICE MANUFACTURING
Where it all began some 30 years ago, Roma is both home and Head Office. Positioned in the heart of the Queensland Outback, our Roma Manufacturing Facility was founded to provide a local solution to API manufactured products and licensed threading services for our Clients in the surrounding Surat and Bowen Basins. Today, we manufacture and send our products to Clients across Australia and beyond.
Virginia
BRISBANE OFFICE MANUFACTURING & DISTRIBUTION
Increased demand led to establishing a state-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility in North Brisbane. This enabled Sharpe® to grow production capacity and better serve a growing client base. With a total facility area of 18,730sqm, our Virginia Facility is API certified and houses a number of our larger CNC Lathes, Deep Hole Boring and Vertical Milling Machines, in addition to our range of well control products and rental equipment. Close proximity to major transport networks including shipping, air and rail, allows our team to efficiently procure and manage inventory of raw stock for each of our sites, and facilitates effective distribution of our products to our local, interstate and international Clients.
Zillmere
WELDING, FABRICATION & MANUFACTURING
Our Zillmere Facility boasts Australia’s largest threading capacity. Our Fabrication and Welding team are based at Zillmere with this workshop offering a complete single source supply for wellbore casing and casing accessories with a purpose designed and built automatic pipe rack and handling system for safe and efficient handling of bulk tubular orders.
